Adrienne Buccella is a Partner and Principle-in-Charge at TAD, where she has led strategic technology initiatives for major clients, including Fortune 100 enterprises for over a decade. She specializes in creating and maintaining technology standards, and innovative digital experiences. She has recently led impactful AV and DXD projects including developing a mobile app, creating smart building strategies, and designing custom integrations. Brandon Creel is a Partner at Hewshott, a global independent consulting firm, where he leads clients through complex audiovisual strategy and design with more than 20 years of industry experience. He holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Rutgers University and multiple industry certifications including AVIXA CTS-D, AVIXA ANP, and BICSI RCDD. A frequent lecturer and published author of 25+ articles on safety, technology, and industry trends, Brandon is recognized as a thought leader shaping the future of AV. He also contributes to advancing best practices through his work with AES, ASA, ASTC, AVIXA, AVIXA's Consultant Council, USITT, and ANSI Standards.

Former Meta Global Technical Engineer based in California, USA. 15 years of AV/Broadcast experience as design and system engineer.

With over 30 years of experience in the audiovisual (AV) industry, he has specialized in the design, implementation, and management of large-scale AV infrastructure and production systems. He was a member of the team responsible for commissioning the museum’s integrated AV systems while employed by Electrosonic, the project’s AV systems integrator. In his current role, oversees all aspects of the Audio-Visual experience. He is an industry veteran with several published articles focusing on large scale systems integration and design.

Kristin has eighteen years of experience as an audiovisual consultant. She is the Owner and Principal Consultant at AVCT, where she oversees business operations, the audiovisual and acoustic departments, and provides consulting services for commercial projects. Kristin serves on the AVIXA Board of Directors and NextLVL Learning Board of Directors. She is also the Co-Chair of the AVIXA Sustainability Advisory Group where she helps develop sustainability best practices for the AV industry.

Scott Josephson is a technology leader who spent the first half of his career in EdTech and the second in AV. He believes in the power of unified communications to connect people around the world. A native New Yorker, Scott and his family are moving to the Boulder, Colorado area this fall for a new adventure in the Rocky Mountains.
